The Council regulates the cooperation between the institutions participating in the ORIGINS Cluster. Council members include the presidents of both Munich universities, the Max Planck Society, ESO’s director general, both spokespersons of the Cluster as well as representatives of all cooperation partners. The Cluster’s equal opportunity representative is a member of the Council to monitor compliance with the equal opportunity and diversity programme. The Council meets biennially.
