My research is focussed on open questions at the interface of cosmology and particle physics: the identity and properties of Dark Matter, cosmological structure formation in the weakly non-linear regime, and the production of Dark Matter in the Early Universe based on models beyond the Standard Model of particle physics.

  • What is Dark Matter?
  • Is Dark Matter cold and collisionless? What are its properties?
  • How did the large-scale structure of the Universe form and evolve?
  • What can we learn from cosmological data of ongoing and future galaxy surveys?
  • Is Dark Matter part of a larger Dark Sector? How was it produced in the Early Universe?
